Our Island Dry Ginger Cider is an infusion of homemade ginger apple syrup made on site at our Gabriola Island orchard. The piquant ginger spice compliments the smooth rustic apple flavours in this cider ending with a creamy finish.
Citrus Hopped
Gabriola Island grown Centennial Hops meet Gabriola Heritage Apples to create a cheerful, balanced, dry cider that sings with notes of grapefruit. Each small batch of cider is pressed at our Gabriola Island Orchard and Cidery.
Purple Sage
Earthy sage with light citrus notes. Locally sourced blackberries bring out a fruity, layered finish to this unique cider infusion.
